Dr Oyler and her staff were very friendly and took their time to treat my issue. This is certainly a much better experience than the other dermatology offices which were in a rush to get me in and out.

I came in to see Dr. Oyler on 5/17/19, because I was concerned about some spots. The woman who checked me in was very nice and helpful, but I felt rushed by Dr. Oyler. As soon as Dr. Oyler came in the room I noticed her hands were dirty, and there was dirt under her fingernails. She glanced over the spots quickly and with a nonchalant demeanor which left me feeling confused and dissatisfied. She referred to me being young several times (I am 20) and suggested that was the only reason I was concerned. This left me feeling as though I wasn’t being taken as seriously as I would be if I’d been older.

I went in for several places on my face and back. Little time was taken to discuss and a quick freeze is all that was done. I explained that I had other concerns on my head but she didn't seem interested. The places on my face are back, very dissatisfied with the treatment. It seemed all she wanted was a quick visit and payment, would not recommend.

I had a sore on my leg that would not heal; it was thought to be cancerous. Dr. Oyler removed it and sent it off for a biopsy. It was benign!

Dr. Oyler was not personable, barely looked at my skin before determining a diagnosis, didn't ask any questions, and was formulating responses to questions I had not fully finished asking. I felt rushed, unimportant, and confused by the end of my appointment. She even prescribed a cream in which I would have to order online and told me it would only take 1-2 days, which was not the case, when I called they told me it would take a week to be delivered. Would not recommend her to my worst enemy.
