Can’t get help from Dr. Or the receptionist to get paperwork returned to pharmacy so medicine can be bought. Have called for over 3 hours only to be told they Have even closed for about an hour. Answering machine says hours are from 9:00-1:00, call was finally answered at 12:45. Who can I talk to to help my mother get the medicine she needs? I need an answer as soon as possible, or I will be finding out who is in charge and talking to them.

I have attempted to make an appt several times with this doctor. Just from the limited time I've spent on the phone with front desk attendant, just trying to determine if they take my insurance, I have changed my mind and will find another doctor. Too scarey for me. A ball of confusion.
