I find her to be smart, attentive, a good communicator. Wish today's medical practice allowed more time spent with patients.....
in Chesapeake, VA |
She was rude and spent only 10 minutes in the room with me. I am a complex patient that presents with many medical issues. She would not discuss my medical history with me. I left her office in tears.

Great Dr. - and I hate to leave! Office practices are questionable. 5 months to get an appointment. Also, I was told my annual visit might not be coded as my annual visit if I discuss anything out of the ordinary (i.e. menopause) . They would bill me for another type of visit - even if I'm there for my annual. I thought I heard wrong so I asked her to repeat this, which she clearly did. I'm not comfortable with a Dr.'s office that is looking to maximize income by coding to their benefit.

Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
