I was 10 minutes late for my appt and she wouldn’t work me in. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Of course, they can run late.

I saw Dr. Chain this afternoon. She was professional, friendly, informative, and very good at what she does. I had two unsightly moles removed and didn't feel a thing! This was my first time to a dermatologist so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was quite nervous. I wound recumbent Dr. Chain to anyone! Best regards to all. -M
