I have been going to Dr. Caserio for 12 years. Called this morning due to a very concerning skin rash and was told by the front desk witch, Amy, that there were no appointments. Explained my situation and she only told me that I should've called at 7am to get an emergency same-day appointment.. asked her who else she could recommend that I call and she was absolutely WORTHLESS. I love Dr. Caserio, but she needs to find a more helpful and courteous staff.

Three separate incidences, the last being the most egregious, convinced me to never consult Dr. Caserio again. - Asked me to "Hurry up!" while identifying cyst locations that her clearly not well trained, new MA had failed to do adequately. - Suggested (unsolicited advice) I get a breast reduction while seeking treatment for folliculitis. Rude! - Charged me for an office visit to treat severe allergic reaction caused by ignoring my allergy information when prescribing medication.

The doctors are good but the office manager is obstinate: she views all the patients error. The staff is careless and will order incorrect RX without taking responsibility. If you want to be treated with respect, do not use them.

I'm reading that some people have had issues with Dr. Caserio's staff, but don't let that take from the fact that she is an excellent doctor. Very thorough, very knowledgeable and a very sweet person. Highly recommend scheduling your exams in advance. Can be difficult to get in because she is so very busy. Excellent doctor.

Dr Caserio herself is a sweet older woman who clearly knows what she's doing. Her staff however is completely incompetent. I never have seen any office run so poorly. Never have I been given the run around as much as I have here. Not only did they send payments to a collections company that were PAID, they took about two months to correct the issue. Additionally, I have been waiting for a treatment approval since May at the latest and it is now October. They haven't even submitted the request!

It took about 20 minutes for someone to check me in. I asked if the dr was running late, & she said she didn't think so. After 1 hour of sitting in the wait room, I asked if I was next. The lady was rude but went & checked, she got back to me about 20 minutes later. I was told procedures are done after all appointments, & it would probably be another hour. I asked if I could reschedule. I was told sure, but it would be the same next time. I received no apology and they didn't seem to care

Sorry but first of all, the women who handle the scheduling at the front desk are rude! Horrible demeanors and shouldn't speak to any patients the way they do. Second, after (@15)YEARS of being a patient they still have YET to give proper diagnosis and treatment. I'm still seeing them and paying for everything yet nothing is getting done. I am overly frustrated with this facility and its about time I find someone who knows how to treat problems instead of temporarily masking symptoms!
