Dr. rashid first saw me in an emergency room when i was having an attack that was misdiagnosed as a seizure, then in a rehab hospital as i got better then in clinic. he has been amazing the whole time. he's looked deep into my history. worked though a complicated problem that apparently runs in the family and is genetic but expressed differently by differnt family members and after he got my diganosis he encouraged me to tell my family to get tested, now we are all doing better. i was the most affected and my life has changed amazingly. but even my sisters and my aunt have told me they are doing better now and i honestly thank god that he was on call that day i ended up in the emergency room. and that he spends so much time on a case others have given up on.

My son checked into the ER at the Methodist Hospital in Clear Lake with stroke symptoms on a Saturday, and we were not allowed to be with him or see him (due to Covid-19 precautions). We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Rashid because he took an active interest in our son, and he took the time to answer all of our questions (using a video app and phone calls). He took the lead on getting the necessary testing to determine what had happened, and even though it took a few weeks to get all the results he stayed in touch with us and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Dr. Rashid helped to make a very scary situation comprehensible, and he was always very clear about our son's condition. We are incredibly grateful to him, and are very glad to give him the highest marks for the care he provided.

Dr rashid saw me in the hospital showed me the mri of my brain and explained everything, he has excellent bedside maner and seems to really enjoy teaching. it's my first time looking at an mri and i admit i felt lost but he did a great job explaining everything and answering all my questions. i feel he really puts a lot of thought and care into his patients. the nurse told me i'd gotten the best neurologist they had on call, i bet they say that about every doctor but after the fact i find i have to agree.

Doctor rashid is a good doctor, but has the inability to answer phone calls when patients are in the hospital when the ER docs are have called him multiple times and when i went to the clinic to follow up with him after the ER discharge he stated yes he got the phone call, but never called the er docs back and asked me what had happened and what they did when i was under the instruction of being admitted from him but never had the courtesy to call and check up. He is very nice, but I expected a lot more.

Dr. Rashid and his nurse were great. They took care of me after an accident that really changed my life. him and rachel took care of me, encouraged me and always gave my family home that i would get better in time. i went through a long hospitalization and a rehab stint and finally got home. i still see him in clinic and he's always offering me ideas on more rehab, works to get me rehab and the things i need to function normally, hes always going to bat against the insurance comapnies who don't want to pay anything and always try to cut off my services. hes a great guy. and rachel is a great gal

doc rashid was great, he spent the time with me, was friendly, never spoke down and explained things in a way me and the wife could understand. he took the time to review options and went over each possible benefit or risk and i feel he was an excellent guide not just a person telling me what i needed to do. a little touch but it meant a lot to me an the wife, we told him were were going to our grandsons 5th birthday, and he had his nurse get us a toy dinosaur as a present from him to Toby. small gesture but my wife was charmed

Dr. Rashid was the best neurologist I could have ever hoped for. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very quick to help with any issue I ever had. In fact, Khadeeja sat on the phone (numerous times, and once for 2 hours!!) battling my insurance company to help me with my surgery. Dr. Rashid is very patient and made sure to answer any questions I had. He took a lot of time with each visit. He came in to each visit well prepared. He has helped in finding the right treatment options for me and displayed nothing but kindness and professionalism during my visits.

very compassionate doctor. He took a lot of time with my dad and my family when we got a very unfortunate diagnosis. Overall the situation is sad, but I feel blessed that he was with us through this very very difficult time in my fathers life My father loves him as a doctor, and I love that he is my fathers doctor. A blessing.
