Dr. Rogers' Care Philosophy

I am one of a small group of psychiatric physicians who address my patients as whole, interconnected human beings. I do not make assumptions about what "it probably is." I carefully consider all possibilities and order the necessary tests to narrow down or confirm what factors are probably at work in any given person, and then discuss with my patient (or parents) what I think is most likely and why. I like my patients to be educated about their problems and my recommended treatments. I listen!

in Raleigh, NC |
Dr. Rogers is the most dedicated, caring doctor that my daughter has seen. She listens and applies her many years of knowledge and experience working to help the patient. She has enabled our daughter better understand and to be more in control of her own mental health. She has quite honestly given our daughter hope, where several other doctors in the past did the opposite and caused great harm. Her knowledge, positive spirit and hope that she restored to our daughter will never be forgotten.
