My experience with Dr Walkup was excellent. I had dibilitating sciatica pain to the point of needing a wheelchair. I was pain free and walking the day after surgery.

Dr. Walkup helped me when no one else could. It was not easy for him or me, as my condition was urgent and not the best of circumstances. I would gladly recommend Dr. Walkup to anyone in need of a Neurosurgeon. He took the time to listen, was considerate and never made me feel rushed.

My back surgery went very well ......Dr. Walkup repaired L4....L5 ....S1 .and a fractured vertabra..September of 2015....I Followed up with recommended physical therapy and some water therapy and its 2018 ...I can still do yard work and almost anything but heavy lifting....I would highly...Read More

Instantly seen the pain I felt, explained in detail what we could do. He ask if I wanted to think about the surgery, NO I have full confidence in him first visit!!!! Scheduling was fast and easy. All the team members are fabulous, emails are answered quickly from the team.
