Dr. Thomas helped to diagnose my esophageal problems when I didn't know where to turn. Having trouble with swallowing food at a young age is really scary and thanks to his care I'm doing much better. I only have to take meds as needed, too. He and his staff are always very helpful and kind when I have called the office. I am grateful for Dr. Thomas' care and would highly recommend him.

I've been treated by Dr Thomas for over 20yrs and he's a wonderful doctor who really knows his stuff. He's caring, empathetic and even called me at home a couple of times to check on me when I was having a tough time. His NPs and office staff are awesome too!

I struggled for years with stomach issues. I saw Dr. Thomas and he Fixed me up. I see his Nurse Practioner now and she is awesome. She spends time listening to me, and doesn’t rush me. Also, I like that I don’t have to wait forever in the waiting room.

Been under Dr. Raymond Thomas care for 20+ yrs and grateful to have honest straightforward answers. He and his staff have shown me how to manage my health issues and address symptoms at onset and been doing great. Was in pretty tough spot before I saw him and thought that was just the way it was going to be forever. Grateful no longer living on meds - issues under control.

Dr. Thomas failed to help manage liver disease patient after diagnosis and keep up with patient progress. When times turned worse, Dr. Thomas was no where to be found. He dropped the ball when a hernia formed from the liver disease. Patient is no longer with us after six months of fighting liver disease because Dr. Thomas failed at the one thing he has a degree in. As others have said, you see his staff more than you see him. Shame he has a job.

I did not meet Dr Thomas until the procedure (upper endoscopy), instead I saw his assistant, who I was scheduled to see post procedure too. The doctor spoke to me from across the room, asked why I was there, did not speak to me at all throughout the procedure, and afterward handed me a skimpy pamphlet on GERD and explained very little, told me to increase my meds but did not phone in a prescription. Results of lab tests were up to me to find for myself on the patient portal but were not there

The doctor ran serious of tests on me and when the time has come to discuss the results he did not even come sending PA to talk to me. I find it completely unprofessional and careless. Very disappointed.
