What People Say About Dr. Raymond Stephens, MD
Reply
Dr Stephens is very experienced physician. However his billing office does job very poorly. The office sent my bill to insurance very late, insurance processed also late, so I received my first bill more than 8 months. I could not get reimbursed from my HRA account. The billing office asked me to pay the bill from my own pocket, also sent to credit collection service. I filed the complain to state of insurance. My insurance finally paid the bill, but I disappointed Doctor office behavior.

Immediately upon meeting Dr. Stephens, I felt confident that I was in good hands. He listened, had already reviewed my records from my referring doctor and there was no time needed to get him up to speed. He is very friendly and grounded and I felt very confident that I was right where I needed to be. He returns calls promptly and I never felt rushed.
