Dr Cheng is adequately professional and personable with his patients. His staff, however, are dreadful. While this is every day for them, patients and parents are going through a very tough situation when needing to be seen by his office, which isn't something they seem to understand. Techs are very (up to 2hrs) late. His nurse was incredibly rude to me and our pediatrician. Schedulers were impatient and short. They took 3 weeks to communicate test results that were available in 24 hrs.

He was great with my 18 month old. He had toys and bells to keep his attention and my son remained calm the whole time. Dr. Cheng was also respectful of my concerns
