Patient Comments (4)
Houston, TX |
Doctor was very nice but the lady in the front/nurse was very rude so I will be finding a different doctor from now on.
in Houston, TX |
the staff is friendly and tries to answer your questions and assist you in every way possible. the staff seems very capable of assisting you with issues about medical equipment, explaining medications, scheduling referrals, and, assisting you with other questions involving your health care needs. The exam rooms and restrooms are clean, however, the front waiting area could use some work. They get a lot of patients. I would refer Oroki Family Clinic to anyone seeking health care.
Houston, TX |
The lady at the front desk is very rude. This is my first time using this place. I just open a group home in the area. I thought I could take my people there and they would treat them like humans, but I thought wrong. The appointment was at 1:15 and we didn't get seen until after 2:00. I ask the lady at the front desk how long and she got very rude need to say I will never come back.
