Dr. Oyakawa seems very competent however my mom has dementia and he had very little patience with her asking the same questions. He got very irritated and yelled at my mom! Fortunately she does not remember. She has been coming to him for many years but will be going elsewhere to be treated for her glaucoma and cataracts.

Staff, especially office manager Ann, is rude and uncaring. I was blamed for my meds not in their computer system. I am the patient! I gave typed list of meds to staff and when they failed to input it, the doctor blamed me and swore his staff would not make such an error.Could not believe his attitude! They sent an 87 year old patient home with eyes dilated and he fell outside in the parking lot, unable too see where he was going. Paramedics were called. The staff didnt care!
