We really like Dr Grewal and Thomas, the nurse practitioner who works in the office as well. We have met Dr Grewal, she is gracious and knowledgeable; most of our appointments were with Thomas. My daughter has left for college and Thomas has been responsive and accessible to answer her questions as she transfers her care to a local doctor. You could not find a more caring and responsive team for your health needs.

Dr. Grewal treated me for lung cancer. She and her staff did an excellent job and took care of my every need. I have now been cancer free for over three years and I credit it to Dr. Grewal. I could not have been more pleased

Dr. Grewal is one of a kind professional who goes above and beyond the speciality and takes a holistic view of the issue. I’ve experienced complications in my leg after sports injury in early December and after multiple visits to ER and misdiagnosis by multiple specialists to include internal medicine specialist, vascular surgeon, orthopedic surgeon - Dr. Grewal was the only one who pinpointed a specific root cause being a genetic mutation of a specific gene that was isolated and identified in late 90s that completely changed my mindset and provided needed relief, accelerating my recovery. You are not seeing just a hematologist but a world class multi speciality professional who keeps up with all developments in medicine and can with confidence provide the best course of action.

I was seen today by Thomas Saddington, NP at the Reston Office. He is a highly proficient and experienced clinician who is keenly focused on my current medical challenge. His excellent communication skill combined with an ability to effective address all my queries is outstanding. He clearly presented my options and his suggestions for a plan of treatment mirrored my own research on Pulmonary Embolisms. It is reassuring to know I'm in competent capable hands moving forward. I highly recommend Doctor Grewal's practice based on my personal experience in with the excellent professional care and treatment I've received for my issues in Hematology.

She's a great physician--brilliant and truly cares for her patients. She takes the time to find out about you and your family, answers all your questions thoroughly, and schedules her appointments so that you are never rushed and always feel that only you matter at that moment. She's a rare find in Northern VA medicine. She also has great a staff in her Reston Office that mirrors her values toward patients. I actually look forward to visiting her and the welcoming office!

Dr. Grewal and associates were very helpful and kind and made me feel at ease. They explained what was going on with me, and were very patient with all of my questions. They helped me with my medication when I was having issues with my insurance, the way they care about their patients and their well being is amazing and I can't thank them enough for helping me out the way they did. Thank you for everything and thank you for being so kind and considerate. I appreciate their help and helping me feel better about my diagnosis. I also really appreciate all their help with obtaining my medication when my insurance was giving me a hard time. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr Grewal is amazing. She's kind, actively listens, thoroughly explains everything in ways her patient can understand. She's compassionate and kind as well. I came to her for a second opinion after an oncologist blew me off, and Dr Grewal and her staff listened to the story of my health journey, heeded my concerns and did more testing. Because of this, we found that I had multiple myeloma instead of smoldering myeloma, and will be beginning treatment. This new timeline will completely change my life and hopefully avoid the end stage issues I might have experienced if I'd listened to the first doctor. Most of all, I was not treated like just another set of numbers, but as a person with real feelings and concerns. I feel confident that going forward I'll continue to have the same positive experiences every time I go to their office. I'm addition, the office is welcoming (and not freezing like many doctors offices are) and the staff is also fantastic and friendly. I highly recommend them!

I have been seeing Dr. Grewal for over 6 years now. She has always maintained such a great, caring relationship with me. Always makes sure to go beyond in checking up with me not only for my overall health, and questionable treatments from other doctors, but also in my personal life. I was able to switch over to the new Reston office spot a few years ago, making my visits even more convenient. Her staff has always been very accommodating with all my concerns, needs, and questions with all treatments.
