Good quality of sleep and emotional stability are critical for overall wellbeing and health. Having sleep disturbances can increase the risk of several medical disorders including high blood pressure, certain heart disorders, depression/emotional disorders, stroke, sexual dysfunction, and diabetes. Likewise, emotional disturbances can make it hard for you to sleep and can affect your quality of life. Our care philosophy is to improve overall wellbeing by comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disturbances/disorders, depression and other emotional conditions while taking into consideration your preferences and evidence-based medicine. We believe that improving these critical aspects of daily living will improve health and overall quality of life. We will work with you through this continuum of care and will help in regularly monitoring and adjusting therapy/treatment as appropriate.
