Dallas, TX |
Dr. Santos is extremely hard working and has helped us through several health scares. His dedication and attention to detail are easily seen.
TX |
Sam as Ben B. Waited over an hour to see him. Struggled to get his time to answer questions - just wanted to usher me out of the office. Then wrong pay co-pay attempted. Supposed to schedule angiogram. After a week I tried calling three business days in a row and I could not get through. Finally Talesa tells me a pre-auth was not required but she had 12 people ahead of me. Really? Dr. Santos could be good but after this disrespect I'll find somebody else that cares. This is too important.

Dr. Santos is the best in the business. He's friendly, extremely knowledgeable but speaks in a way the patient understands and has a spectacular bedside manner. The office staff are always friendly, professional and helpful. If you are in need of cardiologist, I would highly recommend Dr. Santos.

Same thing as Ben B said! His staff is good though. He surrounds himself with beautiful ladies who seem to know more than he does or is willing to discuss. I get the sense he doesn't like Flower Mound and would rather be somewhere else. They won't even let you change doctors in the practice which stinks. If you see him you are stuck with him.
in Keller, TX |
Not only is Dr. Santos a true professional with extreme competence but ALL of the staff members he surrounds himself with are exceptional. Titiana is always so helpful and enjoyable to work with as followup dictates. Thanks to everyone there for my health and happy heart.
in Flower Mound, TX |
I got Raul Santos as my cardiologist and was surprised at his lack of bedside manner. He didn't introduce himself and didn't take the time to explain what he was testing for - he just ordered the tests. On the return visit to review the outcome of the tests - I was left with little or no explanation of the results. All I was left with was - stress test is good and the calcium report was not good. He abruptly walked out of the office and I was left wondering.
