After seeing several doctors for my back pain over the last 30 years, I’m grateful to have found Dr. Llanos. After X-rays, he ordered an MRI, then a CT scan until he located the problem. He, the other physicians, and the staff at NTO are both caring and efficient. Offices in Grapevine and Keller make it easier to get an appointment quickly.

Repeatedly unsuccessful shots in spine to relieve back pain. Latest issue...Dr finally ordered MRI. Then Dr actually gave his diagnosis without seeing my husband's MRI pictures! Office didn't get the CD prior to appt (?), & by the time I returned to office with the disc, appt was over, & husband was in line to pay,( another 20 mins wait). Llanos used the written report sent by the hospital to determine treatment. I have never seen such an egregious error by a physician. Terrifying!

Dr. Llanos is understanding, patient, and never minded explaining the various options available to treat my lower back pain. He respected and understood my desire to explore the least invasive procedures possible, and was there with me every step of the way. The procedure that he performed on me recently has alleviated my pain to a level that is virtually undetectable, which I never dreamed possible after suffering for so many years. He is quiet and unassuming, but he's a brilliant doctor.

Frustrating experience, start to finish. Unhelpful and very unhappy front office staff. On two separate occasions, a treatment that should have taken about 40 minutes start to finish, actually had us waiting for the Doctor for over 3 hours. Then as a final insult, the treatment was only effective for three weeks.
