I am one year post-op, total knee replacement done by Dr. Curiel. I am back to hiking 6+ hours at a time and am very pleased with the level of all activities. The knee was completely worn before the surgery. I have already recommended Dr. Curiel to others and will continue to do so. If you have questions, do not hesitate to ask; Dr. Curiel will take the time to answer them.

I decided I wanted the Stryker knee replacement system back in December, 2016 and made an appointment with Dr. Curiel. About a week later, I was in surgery for my right knee, 100% successful. A year later, December, 2017, he replaced my left knee with the same system. It had been one month short of four years since I had skid Sunrise, but last Saturday, December 15, I ventured forth and skid for five runs without any pain whatsoever albeit a little wobbly at first. Dr. Curiel is the best.

I had my right hip replacedby him and for ease of getting an appointment and having everything explained to me was great! He did an excellent job, it has been two years since the surgery was done and I have had no problems with it. The recovery time was shorter then I expected, the follow up care was great.

I was told in August of 2016 I needed to have a total knee replacement I was scared and worried being only 50 at the time. But we scheduled it and had it done in Jan of 2017 since I really had not had much pain. Today being my year check up my knee is finally at a 97% of being where it should be. The scar is barely noticeable big deal for me.. Thank you Dr C you rock
