Dr. Rashid is one of the smartest, most dedicated doctor I know. He listens to his patients and provide the best care for them. I have been going to dr. Rashid for the past 4 years and I was lucky to have found a great doctor like him. he is my permanent dermatologist and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Rashid's practice is very focused on money! They run it out of Florida. They don't have any office staff to answer calls. You have to leave a message and they will call you back. The doctor is brusque and doesn't spend any time. I went for a second opinion two days later and had much more confidence in the other doctor. They insisted on payment even though I have 100% insurance - they say they are more interested treating patients than verifying insurance. Ha! Then tell people that before.

There is a reason this clinic has so much availability for same day appointments. The receptionist was beyond rude and unhelpful when o arrived for my appointment. She basically said I couldn't get in without a physical copy of my insurance card, I had an electronic version I could email and or fax and all I got from her was no sorry. Nothing to help the situation. Needless to say I left once I realized she didn't care one way or the ther of the doctor lost a patient. Horrible customer service.
