Fantastic provider. Holistic in her care and bedside manner. I would go to her with anything. Resolved all my issues by simply figuring out I had a vitamin d deficiency. BRILLIANT doctor.

Hello All, Avoid this doctor! She is rude and doesn't take time to explain. I saw her today and she said she had other patients to worry about and didn't have time for me. She doesn't write back on her online email system, and swears she told you information that she hasn't. She is terrible and not understanding with medicine side effects! Its like she doesn't care how the medicine is affecting a patient! Find someone else to go here, avoid her!! Its very hard to get an appointment as well.

Dr Vallera is my angel! She spends enough time, and cares about your concerns She is responsive when you leave her a message, even when you are on an emergency need and she is on vacation. I had a hormonal problem, for which I had visited 26 specialists over 17 years! She diagnosed it right, and brought my health back putting me on just 1 simple pill a week! I can not thank her enough. I moved out of the state, but fly to Dallas every year just for my appointment with her.
I love Dr. Vallera. She can be overwhelmed at times with much to do but still tries hard to help. She can seemed rushed and hides this by radiating abundant energy. I recommend her but know that you may not get through all your concerns as she moves so quickly. Be prepared for high wait times.
in Dallas, TX |
Dr. Vallera is very knowledgeable and very informative. The reason I gave her 4 stars is that they keep you waiting in the waiting room for at lease 30 minutes before they take you back to a room where you wait another 15 to 20 minutes before the doctor sees you.

Dr. Vallera was incredibly thorough, reassuring, and caring throughout the visit. It was clear that she is invested in her patient's overall well being and was not just trying to get me out the door. recommend her to any and everyone
in Forney, TX |
She's very thorough in explaining things to me. She seems to really be interested in me.
in Midlothian, TX |
Dr. Vallera is excellent. She spends a lot of time with her patients and is very caring. She is also very knowledgeable. Her staff, however, is terrible. They are not helpful and it is like pulling teeth to get any information from them or schedule appointments. They do not seem to care about the patients at all. You may wait up to 2 hours to see the doctor and they don't care... at all...not even a little bit.
