I was very pleasantly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone in this office. The entire staff was available for answering questions as well as moving forward with the visit but staying connected with me on a personal level. I was also pleased with the attention of Dr. McCollough. He listened and seemed to really know what I needed.

My experience at Austin Heart- Harker Heights has been excellent. The staff is always courteous and Dr.Randy McCollough's care is highly professional; skills outstanding, and he's very patient and caring. I suffer with anxiety and he always listens to my concerns about my health and help's me problem solve. I feel so fortunate to be receiving quality health care.

When I recently visited doctor Randy M. I asked them about the coffee machine, & the snacks they had for 3 weeks. I'm glad they have now set ?? up some snacks, & tea ?? while I was waiting to be seen. Doctor Randy M. Is so helpful to answer all my questions

Short wait. Dr. McCollough answered all of my questions and was very attentive and gave me a chance to talk to him and discussed my condition and how I was doing. I was very pleased with my office visit and follow up appointment. I would recommend Dr. McCollough to anyone that needs a cardiologist.
