I had Lasik performed by Dr. Epstein approximately 19 years ago. What an absolute gift and wonderful job he did. I am now just 62 and still do not have reading classes, which they thought I would need. I am now looking at the possibility of Dr. Epstein performing Lasik for m 20 year old daughter. Cost is a consideration.

I received LASIK in Nov 2015. Dr Epstein performed the procedure and I have been thrilled with the results. The whole team is thorough. You will have to wait and it may be a bit pricey, but totally worth it. Take a book or a friend with you; you will not be disappointed with the gift of vision the Chicago Cornea Consultants can give you.
in Vernon Hills, IL |
I waited for 2 1/2 hours for an appointment with my 88 year-old mother. They proceeded to take 2 people that came in after us before he saw my mother. He spent 10 minutes with her and said there was nothing he could do. He is very arrogant to think that allowing people to wait that long is ok. I don't know how anyone could possibly go back to him his practice is terrible.
in Highland Park, IL |
Never stepped foot in the room during my cross-linking procedure, after wrongfully assuring me my recovery would be complete within a day. Also was specifically misled by his office to believe the epithelium would be removed, rather than the trans-epithelial procedure I received.
in Chicago, IL |
Dr Epstein exudes a positive attitude and is somewhat cocky. If there is any attitude I want with a surgeon, that is sockiness.
