Hi Dr Russo complained that instead of a Tele-Health appointment that I should have come into the office. He was abrupt, did not listen, discourteous, only spent 15 minutes on the phone, and cut off our conversation. Made some suggestions and told me his assistant would call me. I have experienced similar behavior in person.

Horrible. Dr. Russo talked very fast and his exam was rushed. Felt he already had his diagnosis before he even examined me. If you are a middle aged woman and obese you might want to find another doctor. According to him obese women in their 40s just suddenly get full and complete rotator cuff tears... not from the foundry job that I have had for over 24 years throwing castings overhead of course because fat women don't really work, right doc!

Referred to Dr Russo for cortisone injection in cervical area twice. Doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. All questions and concern were answered including reviewing my imaging with me. The wait times are long however when he takes the time to make certain you are comfortable with everything, I would not want him to rush just to be on time. I have just been so impressed with him both times that I find it difficult to believe that he is any other way with other patients.

I am so grateful that I found Dr. Russo. I went to see him because of excruciating back and hip pain. Each visit he has been kind and caring. He listens and asks great questions. I have never felt rushed or uncomfortable asking him questions. As a result, he has administered injections for my back that have been completely successful and he helped me with steps for my hip and I’ve since had total replacement. I couldn’t be more thankful. He even discovered another issue that I hadn’t thought to discuss and It has been corrected. I feel I’m in such great care with Dr. Russo. He is so genuine and I absolutely recommend him!
