I recently had turbinates reduction surgery by Dr. Richards. My impression of him is that he is skilled, honest, and dedicated. Frankly, I could see how certain sensitive people could feel a certain way about Dr. Richards. He's a straightforward person and is just not the type of doctor who is going to baby his adult patients. For me, he's courteous enough. More importantly, he clearly communicates to me everything I need to know. I believe in him and I trust him. Also, his staff is GREAT

Dr. Richards is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen. His bedside manner is terrible and his medical competence is a joke. He not only destroyed my nose but ruined my quality of life. I am in constant pain everyday therefore I am unable to perform even the smallest of tasks anymore. I cannot even find another doctor who will fix the mess inside my nose. Dr Richards surgical knowledge has made my life a daily nightmare.

Dr Richards has in my opinion one of the worst bed side manners of any doctor I have dealt with or surgeon for that matter. I have had several surgeries for different issues stemming from my military service and this guy is the absolute surgeon I have ever encountered. When he went in to fix my son's noes he only did half the work that he was supposed to do, remembered that there was more to do only after my wife noticed the thing needing the most fixing wasn't fixed. This guy is not worth it

I had a partial tonsillectomy that ended up screwing up my throat. Since then, I've had constant problems for the past six months. Including two growths in my throat and the dr left tissue that shouldn't be there. And then the dr blocked me in every way shape and form. Thankfully, I have an appt with a dr soon. And if they find something serious then I will be sueing for malpractice.

This place was gross holes n walls, Dr didn't even use a microscope to look into ear after having2 mastoiectomys and NP saying it looked a mess. He then treated me like an addict and refused to prescribe even though I never expected him to do so. He said since I was going to a psychiatrist in a few days for depression that he couldn't treat me but took my money ahead of time. I was totally robbed and then made to feel like it was my fault. People dont waste your time here. I'm telling you now.
in Huntingdon Tn. |
Worst experience I have ever had. Would not listen to what I had to say. Said he knew it all, that was his job.Was in room less than five min. That was because I stopped him briefly on his way out the door. Said I was alright with out examination. Very rude.
