Dr. Frank is warm and affable, but also focused. He gets to the most important info and is thoughtful about medications.

Have had several psychiatrists over the past 15 years. Dr. Frank is so far out of their league! You can't put a price on finally having one's mental health balanced (or really beginning to love life again). I would give him 10-Stars if I could.

This review is for Dr. Frank’s new receptionist. I have been a patient for the past couple years for meds management only. His previous receptionist was WONDERFUL. Unfortunately, something must have happened and she’s been replaced with the worst Dr office receptionist I have ever encountered. I scheduled an appointment over the phone with her. She told me he would call at the time of appointment. So the time comes for him to call me. I’m waiting by phone and after ten minutes no call. So I call the office, it took 5 calls for the receptionist to even pick up. Once she picked up, she was hostile from the start. I first confirmed that he was only doing phone calls (the reminder emails said it was at his office location), she then proceeded to say “are you trying to tell me I don’t know how to do my job”. Then she said “and how am I supposed to believe you that he didn’t call you, you could have missed it.” What?! Dr Frank - please find a new receptionist ASAP.

Dr. Frank has the worst receptionist. I scheduled an appointment and filled out the new patient info sheet online days in advance as directed. The day of my appointment I never hear from Dr. Frank so I call to inquire. The receptionist tells me that I never filled out the patient sheet. I tell her I did and ask that she check again - she then tells me that she "just now" received it a problem with "their computer system" she tells me. Sure. I reschedule for two weeks out. The day of my appointment the receptionist calls me and tells me that they will send me a link to click on for the virtual appointment. I receive an email reminder, but no link. In the 30 minutes before my appointment I call the office several times - no answer. And once again I do not hear from the Dr. This review is not for Dr. Frank because - thanks to his deeply unorganized and unprofessional receptionist - I have been unable to actually have an appointment with him.

Dr. Frank "reads" your condition accurately and almost immediately. Others couldn't find the solution for me but he determined the right medications very quickly. Good luck getting an appointment! He is VERY highly in demand! His office manager Debbie cares about the patients and juggles a lot of stuff for them.

I'm almost afraid to write this review - as it's already hard enough to get an appointment now... you want to keep the good Dr's for yourself! Dr. Frank has been a lifesaver to me!! He listens to my concerns, considers my recommendations for meds, and sometimes agrees, while other times making a different decision, usually working out better for me! I also appreciate the fact that he's not super CRAZY with the ADDICTIVE drugs. He likes to be very cautious about that! I've actually been able to reduce 1 of my addictive drugs by HALF, since Dr. Frank added another (non-addictive) medication to assist with anxiety! Of course, I can't forget to mention his secretary - Debbie!! She is wonderful, and will bend-over backwards to see you happy.... . I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS DR!!! He's been the best psychiatrist I've ever had!!

Best psychiatrist! He is trustworthy, easy to talk to, and you can actually get a timely appointment (something non-existent with psychiatrists in Northern VA). I've been coming here for 2 years to treat anxiety/depression and will not go anywhere else! Plus, the receptionist has been the same lady for the last 2 years (Debbie?) and she is helpful, friendly, professional and really nice. She answers all the phones and makes the whole process (money/insurance/questions) easy!
