This doctor is arrogant and rude. I do not recommend him for any medical advice or procedure. Choose another ENT doctor.

1st visit, usual lengthy paperwork. Worth the wait. Dr. Lazar examined my ears and assured me my hearing problem would be fixed. Nurse Sharon greeted me with the fact she would clean my ears. She let me know at each step what she was doing and how I needed to cooperate (basically by keeping still). She advised me to repeat in 6 to 7 years. I told her I use swimmer's ear drops, and she said I needn't change anything. One visit and I can hear properly again! A true blessing!

Dr. Lazar was great! He found my issue and is getting me fixed up. This man is a pro!

I waited an hour and 10 minutes in the waiting room. Once back in a room Dr. Lazar came in he did my exam, while he asked my questions about my concerns. He spent a total of 4 minutes in the room. I was told i was getting referred to another type of doctor, but weeks later had no information on an appointment. Called the office the referral was never done. Then received patient billing for more than what my insurance allows this provider to charge me. The billing dept needs more training.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this doctor due to the fact he gave me misguided information regarding my son and the surgery he needed. I was told by dr.lazar that there were no options besides surgery which was a lie! & i was also told there were no surgeons in memphis to do the surgery..which was a lie! Luckily i met a Dr who told me of other options and that he or his associate could do the surgery if all else failed! Dr.lazar also told me that my daughter needed tubes in her ears and she didnt!

1. Appointment had to be rescheduled multiple times by the office because a)He would be late from surgery and then the day before the appt b) He wasn't going to come to that office at all. I have had to endure the offices (both Memphis and Bartlet locations) with not only my appt, but two of my sons as well. Every time we had to sit in the waiting room at least 1 hour and 15 minutes at a minimum past the appointment time. Horrible and rude customer service. Dr only in room 5 min max.

He was the rudest most arrogant doctor I have ever seen. When I tried to tell him about my condition, he looked at me and said I didn't ask you about that. I will not be back.
