Run in the other direction.I had a work related injury that need surgery . He is not on time for his appointments,even when you are the first one of the day. It happens every time you see him. When discussing my issues he could not remember what he had done and said.At one point he went and checked my chart and cracked the door open and talked to me through the door.He would not face.He has very poor bed side mannor.It made a bad siduation worse.Now I have to start all over again.
