The visit started late which is fine, to be expected by most Drs. She was overly assertive with her questions when I didn't understand the question she just re-asked the same question but in a stern tone as if she was frustrated I didn't understand what she was asking. Felt rushed and not a warm demeanor. I have a lot of issues going on, two hip surgeries, MS flares, vision loss, etc. She never even said best of luck with your surgery or sorry you're going through all of this - lacking in empathy. To top it all off, she wasn't willing to schedule the follow up for 3 months herself and said her nurse would call me to schedule it. Instead her lazy team just booked whatever date they wanted (without contacting me) and I received a message that said "thanks for booking your next appointment on February 7th at 10:45am". Ummm NO. Then I called the office and told the receptionist this isn't how scheduling works, you need to ask the patient what day/time works and she was so rude. No thanks!

Scheduled an endoscopy with this doctor however she never came to talk with me prior to the procedure. Met her in the procedure room briefly and did not talk to her after the procedure was done. A biopsy was taken however I receive no results after 12 days. Had to contact the doctor to find out what the results were. Only then did I get a message telling me the results.
