Dr. Ran Abrahamy was born and grew up in Tel-Aviv, Israel. After completing three years of military service in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) he received his medical degree from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Dr. Abrahamy did his residency in General Surgery at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York and completed his Urology residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Upon completing his training he established his private practice office on the campus of University Hospital.Dr. Ran Abrahamy is board certified in Urology by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Abrahamy held the positions of Chief of Surgery and Chief of Staff at University Hospital in Tamarac, Florida.

Dr. Ran Abrahamy is board certified in Urology by the American Board of Urology. He is presently the Chief of Staff and the past Chief of Surgery at University Hospital in Tamarac, Florida. Dr. Abrahamy has a special interest in Prostate Cancer, Bladder Tumors, Stone Disease, Sexual Dysfunction with emphasis in Penile Implant surgery, and Urinary Incontinence. Extensive experience with the new minimally invasive TOT Monarc anti incontinence procedure. Extensive experience in the use of Lasers for prostate and stone disease."
