Dr. Eid is a good doctor. The practice, however, is horrible. Be aware that they will place your account for collection even though you give them a date that full payment will be made (within 6 weeks). They do nothing except mail a statement. And they do not keep records of phone contacts. So my advice is to record every conversation you have with them. It's a shame because Dr. Eid is a fine doctor and seems to be a genuinely good person.

He was sooo nice and polite. (The first colonoscopy I had at Stewart Circle hospital was a horrible experience and I was very concerned this second one would be a repeat. It was not at all.) Dr. Eid and his team (Shannon, Jessica, Tonya, Justin, Shelby, Dr. Hacker and Curtis) were all wonderful too. They knew I was nervous and set my mind at ease. What a great group of kind and caring people they are!

Dr. Eid was very interested and helpful during my appointment to hear my concerns and the details of my symptoms. I appreciated that. It is always a good feeling as a patient to feel like you are not being rushed. I feel grateful, especially because I was worked in and it was not a scheduled appointment.
