The receptionist was rude as well as the doctor. Wait time was 2 and a half hours from my appointment schedule. They were very mean and never said sorry for the wait. They told me "Well that is just how things are around here". Very poor customer care and service. I felt unwelcomed and A bother. Don't say I didn't warn you. I am never wasting my time here again.

    in St Petersburg, FL |
Dr. Arias has been my Primary Care Physician for 20+ years. You might have to wait in the waiting room for a little while, but when you see her you get her undivided attention. For the time that you are with her, you are her only patient and nobody else matters to her. She is an excellent diagnostician and has treated my family in an expert and efficient manner for many years.
