Dr Ruiz was wonderful. Everything was explained in detail. We waited for some time to be seen, but the amount of time he spent with us during our appointment was amazing. All of our questions were answered and we understood what the plan was. So thankful to have such a wonderful Dr. He is worth the wait for an appointment. His staff is wonderful as well. Always took their time to make sure we had all of our questions answered.

apointments are 5-6 motnhs apart , spend little time describing the problems, and has poor coomunication skills with other doctors. made me think I was gonna have surgery then a week before surgery cancelled the surgery for no reason. do not recommend . I can explain my whole story but theres not enough space

Dr. Ruiz is a nice person the only problem is that I trusted his decisions and everything he said and that led me to wait almost 2 full years going on 3 now to get a surgery date. I had to wait 2 years because every appointment would be 5 to 6 months apart and every time I would go there was always something wrong in his eyes, when I finally got my surgery date I was really excited and happy, those were the happiest days of my life, but I come to find out a week before surgery that im not ready.
