So yes sometimes the wait has been overly long a few times i have gone (1+ hours before being seen). However, it is worth the wait!! He LISTENS instead of just running through the diagnosis as fast as he can. Which is why i think he takes a long time sometimes. It is worth the wait, in my opinion, to get treated as an individual instead of him trying to make as much money as possible in as short amount of time as possible. Schedule a visit on a slow day that you might have and give him a try.

In a nutshell he is rude and so is his entire staff. Don't go here if you are not feeling good. They didn't fill a prescription for an inflammed thyroid. I called and reminded them and the small task still was not done. Infact I got hung up on before I could even say goodbye. How is this man in practice...?

I saw Dr. Garza 3 times, so I feel like I gave him plenty of time to show his true colors. Waited each visit from 1h20m to 2h10m before he even entered the room. He spent maybe 10 min with me each time. I never received advise on lifestyle changes that could be made to improve my condition. He wrote me a prescription with no explanation as to how to take it. His staff is equally cold and non caring. I will not be going back to see him and highly suggest others don't waste their time/money.

I thought going to his other location might make a difference. Nope. Waited an hour just to get to the second waiting area. Some doctors are worth the wait... not this one. I left. This was their fourth chance. Employees at both locations are also very unfriendly and rude.

My wife was complaining of vague lack of energy symptoms and when our GP failed to diagnose the cause, we sought out an endocrinologist. Rather than dismise such general symptoms, Dr. Garza had a full panel of blood tests done. Some obscure test results alerted Dr. Garza to possible significant disease issues. He recommended a fine hematologist and a very rare disease process was found, which is now being treated. Had the disease progressed further the result would have likely been fatal.
