Dr. Ledon is a physician leader in the NJ medical community focused on continual improvement of healthcare delivery systems. Board certified in both Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine, he has served as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine, and as the Chief Fellow in Digestive Diseases at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Ledon is also the Medical Director of Home Sweet Home, a state of the art adult medical daycare facility. Dr. Ledon has served as Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology at Trinitas Hospital on multiple occasions, and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Seton Hall.
