I love my doctor. She takes such great care of me and is always so easy to reach. I know that I can be a bit needy but she's always patient with me and makes sure that all of my concerns are addressed. I don't know what else to say other than I'm really happy to be a part of Harouni Care.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my elderly grandmother. She became a patient toward the end of Covid when nobody else could see her. Dr. Harouni and her staff have been wonderful and likely saved her life with the thoroughness. The office is amazing, the staff is on top of things and the location is perfect. I'm actually considering becoming a patient myself even though I'm very healthy!

Excellent
I've been all over the country with so many different PCPs, most of which have been underwhelming. But I felt compelled to write this review because of the amazing level of care that this office has provided for us. You can tell that the doctor knows just what she's doing and truly cares about her patients. She's easy to reach, never rushes you and makes sure that everything is taken care of in a timely fashion.

Unresolved billing issues, the doctor's practice collected payment from patient and the insurance company and refused to return overpayment. Poor medical care resulted in serious injury to the patient.

My wife and I are new to the area and recently saw Dr Harouni for the first time. We chose her because of the reviews and they were all spot on. She is very thorough, listens to everything we had to say and together we came to an acceptable plan of action. I've been to a lot of doctors over the years but she's honestly the first one that I could highly recommend. So glad that we found her.

My insurance says the doctor is taking new patients. They don't answer phone during business hours. They don't call back as their voice recording states.

She's absolutely great, if you can see her. She's my doctor and I've only ever seen her once. I am usually made to see the nurse. If you ask to see her 3 months in advance you can get an audience with her.

Dr. Rama Harouni is a very good physician she is very attentive and listens to her patients . However the problem is with scheduling an appointment and talking directly to her practice staff. I think is is related to Dignity Health quality of service. Dr. Harouni's experience is very impressive.

Dr. Harouni heads up a relatively small clinic which is affiliated with Dignity Health/St Rose Dominican group. She partners with Heidi Baker, NP, has two nurses, blood draw facilities (part time). The staff are very patient and knowledgable. They seem overworked, it's difficult to get an appointment in a reasonable length of time. Their follow through is not timely. I've been a client for about 8 months, and Dr. doesn't know my name yet.

I've seen Dr. Harouni on a few occasions. Each time she has been thorough in trying to get to the bottom of issue and answer all of my questions. My only concern is that there is quite a wait to get scheduled for Dr. Harouni (always a couple of weeks at least) and the front and back office staff can be unfriendly, if not rude, at times.
