My first visit wasn't good. I thought he was arrogant and cold, but I thought I would give him another try so kept my second appointment. The second appoint was worse than the first. He read the notes from my first appointment on his computer in a mocking manner. I asked why he was minimizing what had happened to me in the past due to this PMR I have, and no apology, says he was just reading. He has not helped me other than refilling my prednisone and I have not intention of letting him be little me again, and I am not going back to see him or his assistant.

Omg! Stiff robotic absolutely disconnected from his patients! This clinic is the worst ever, rudest people and the least helpful they even told me that they don’t take my insurance and I had to call my insurance to handle it because they flat out lied!! And if God forbid your doctor decides to retire as mine did they assign you to another doctor without even consulting with you and they will never ever switch you because it’s a clinic rule!! I will be making some noise! Don’t bother with them!

Worthless. His nurse practitioner is a wet mop that is incapable of making a clinical decision. Couldn’t care less about the symptoms. Left the appointment with a pamphlet for a treatment regiment that would help, but she lacks the intelligence or stones to actually provide. Pawned off to another specialty, because she couldn’t be bothered. This practice is a joke.

This entire office is difficult to deal with. You will always have to wait at least 20-30 minutes. I discussed getting a certain kind of test during an appointment but was never contacted to set it up. I had to call and request it and then it magically appeared in my chart. They seem to be more interested in running their business than taking care of patients.

I was apprehensive about seeing this doctor because of some reviews I had read. However, I was very pleased with the office staff as well as the assistant and nurse practitioner I saw. They were prompt, friendly and polite. I had to wait for quite a while before seeing Dr. Bennett, but when he arrived I was impressed with his manner and thoroughness. He listened, answered questions and treated me with respect.

I saw Dr. Bennett for newly diagnosed RA. He couldn't have been more arrogant and dismissive of my symptoms. He negated my complaints of pain despite test results showing that the horrible meds he had prescribed weren't working. I often found that I just stopped talking at m appointments with him because he wasn't listening anyway. I think I saw him three or four times and then changed to a doctor in another practice who knew what she was doing. This old fart needs to retire!

I completely agree with comments about dismissive attitude. Dr Bennett is high on himself. He was pompous and cold toward me. I have had RA for 18 years with excellent care until I moved here and saw Dr Bennet. And to top it off once you have seen a doctor in their practice they REFUSE to allow you to see another doctor in their office so you are held hostage to a bad situation or you go elsewhere. So the needs of the patient are trumped by their egos. I will never go back.

The stated reviews are consistent with my experience. He & his PA are dismissive of concerns & stated symptoms. While the diagnosis might be partially correct, in my instance there were other contributing factors that were ignored. For an initial consultation, I expected more. He might be jaded from other patients & their meandering complaints of pain - I saw that firsthand. But it doesn't justify his dismissiveness and pomposity.1st and last appointment. And watch the billing.
