I was very disappointed with Dr. Bassett. He looked in my ears and immediately handed me off to an associate for a hearing test. I was then sent to a hearing aid salesperson. I got nothing of value from Dr. Bassett. I would not recommend him.

Denounced 38 years of the same diagnosis given by many ENTs since age 6. He never put a scope to my ear. Was told I must cause my issues and something other than the otosclerosis that has always been must be the reason why I'm 95% deaf in 1 ear & over 1/2 deaf in the other. 2nd & 3rd opinions: Otosclerosis- surgery will recover much of my loss. Said he is forced to take ahcccs by banner but doesn't want to. Maybe another office will help me. Unwarranted arrogance. No science. Bad doc. Bad human.

Gave him a one star because there is no zero. He diagnosed me with Tinnitus without even looking in my ears. I got more help from Google then this schmuck. He thought he was impressing me with the latin pronunciation of Tinnitus. Then proceeded to pass me off for a hearing test, which his associate did. Then came back in the room and informed me that it is not my hearing, that it is Tinnitus. And said "nothing that can be done." He said" You can mask the ringing by turning everything up. Wow!

I went to Dr bassett to diagnoses a pain in my throat and a feeling there was flim or something stuck in my throat. Dr Bassett put a camera down my throat and discovered a small tumor in back of my vocal cords. He prescribed medication to spray down my throat in hopes of shrinking the tumor and if that didn't work, I would need surgery. A month later I went back and he determined the tumor was gone. No surgery - all is good. Thank you Dr Bassett.

Bassett was rude and blew off my concerns. Only 5 minutes in the room, and tried to dismiss all of my nose issues by basically telling me to "deal with it, it happens to some people." I had more questions, but he kept standing up to leave and acted annoyed to sit back down to answer my questions. He viewed my nasal canal with a camera, and had a CT ordered. But concluded nothing was wrong, even though I'm still having issues. I don't appreciate he didnt advise any kind of remedies.Just "oh well"

Not a bad physician if you are willing to wait an hour plus to be seen and then get 5 minutes with him, most of which is spent with him looking at a computer. However, I believe he is competent, if a bit arrogant and self-impressed. Personally I will look for another ENT.

To anyone who can deal with this office, good for you. There's just so much wrong here that seems like their idea of status quo I don't even know where to begin. Who knows if my medical problem was a serious one? They won't stop dragging things out and just generally behaving unprofessionally, long enough for me to find out.

Dr. Bassett and his surgery skill was great. However, dealing with his billing office is impossible. They don't return calls and their e-mails are totally obnoxious and generally inaccurate. I brought this to Dr. Bassett's attention, but there seems to be no improvement.

Dr. Bassett is a nice guy, appears to be very knowledgeable, but his office staff is TERRIBLE! Good luck getting them to answer a call, call you back, set up an appointment that when you show up they tell you there is no such appointment, etc. Do not go to this doctor if you get frustrated easily because I guarantee you that you will be unhappy.

I had an appointment with Dr. Bassett today. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He gave me clear answers to my questions, and explained what he could do to help me with my problems. He was very pleasant. I would certainly recommend him to my friends.

Dr. Bassett has to be one of the worst doctors that I have ever been too. Arrogant, rude. disrespectful and runs his own agenda. After having a sinuplasty by him. My sinuses became infected. The only after hours help is an answering machine. I called his office on Saturday morning and no one returned a call until 11:00a.m. on Monday. Yesterday was my 2 week check up with him. He didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. I will be filing a complaint with the state.

Dr. Bassett would not take the time to listen to me about what was wrong. His concentration was on a bloody nose, not my sinuses which is what is bothering me. When he finally stopped and spent 5 seconds to listen to me, he said I would need a CAT scan, but did not order one. Dr Bassett was rude.

Worst experience I have EVER had in a Drs. office. Unprofessional, arrogant and no respect for patient. I not only would not recommend him, but tell others not to go to him as an ENT.
