outstanding surgeon. I had many questions when my stitches were removed after an ankle surgery. He actually answered them all before I had a chance to ask. He was patient, kind, and personable. Highly recommend using him if given the chance

Dr. Mashru is a wonderful Doctor...listens, reassures, and is brilliant...with an amazing team, including my anesthesiologist, nurses, assisting staff including Dr. Shaun Rowe and Gina Cafone (who removed my stitches gently). Everyone at Cooper is so kind and comforting. Dr. Mashru repaired my broken ankle, and I am following all my instructions, and am healing beautifully. They truly put their heart and soul into all they do...Highly recommended!!! ??

He recently saw my daughter for a broken arm. He was kind and caring. He explained everything thoroughly and spoke to us both in a respectful manner. The entire office staff was friendly, as well. We had an excellent experience and she has done well!

As a doc, he does decent surgery. As a communicator, he and his office receive an F. That's F for failure to communicate. I won't go into the details here, but repeated calls to his office go unreturned. He does not communicate with the family after surgery. If he makes plans the family has to hunt them down and make decisions last-minute rather than with careful planning and consultation. Staying on hold for 45 minutes or more is not uncommon. He performs his surgery and then moves on.
