Excellent care, takes his time, explains everything I ask without hesitation. Would highly recommend him to any family or friends to be their primary care physician.

I, too, would leave a zero star rating if I could. This doctor did nothing but lecture me and treat me like a fool. He asked very embarrassing questions that had nothing to do with my condition and felt invasive. He did not listen to what I was trying to tell him and put me on unnecessary medicines that caused horrible side effects. I have since switched to another doctor who takes her time and listens to me. She also said I needed none of the medicines that Dr. Fatechand prescribed for me.

I met with Dr. Fatehchand at MSA Family Medicine. He is my new primary care doctor, and he was able to get me referred to the appropriate specialists that I needed to see. After my appointments with the other doctors, he followed up with me to ensure I had a plan for my ongoing care. Excellent doc.

Dr. Fatehchand gave my grandmother exceedingly poor care as the medical director of her hospice. I would not recommend him or his hospice under any circumstances for anyone. Agreed that "zero" is the most appropriate rating, as that is the level of caring he provided to my grandmother.

Agree that 0 stars is most appropriate for this man! Rude to his staff and disrespectful to patient and family by not caring to have ANY questions answered. The people of Central Ohio are not all ignorant, Dr Fatehchand! Do you job at the hospice (Bella Care, Gahanna) of which you are medical director or step down!! Patients and nurses need caring and compassionate medicine, not "know it all", fit throwing doctors. By the way,, IT IS 2017, ACT LIKE IT!

I only wish there was a way to give a zero rating. even the hospital said they weren't surprised by the care that this doctor gave my mother in a nursing home.In 3mths he never called us despite several requests. It is truly despicable that he shows so little interest in his patients and their family. Go to any other doctor and you'll get a more competent and compassionate doctor.Never called let alone explained ANYTHING to us. Have listed complain w/ the Ohio Department of Health. Stay !!!!!!!!

Shows very little interest in his patients. Moderately condesending at times. I expect much more from anyone I choose to be my personal physician. Simply cannit recommend.
