Billing person was very rude
I had a great experience before and during my BCC surgery with Dr. Kwatra and staff. Paying my bill turned out different. When I called the billing person they were very short and disrespectful. I wouldn't want this person representing my company and treating my patients like that thus I can only give 2 stars even though everyone else deserves 5 stars.
I was in your office for MOHS surgery on February 11th on my upper eyelid. My eye has healed beautifully and I am very pleased with the results.
I also want to thank the staff, nurses you and the plastic surgeon. Everyone in your office was polite, professional and efficient. The treatment I was dreading turned out to be not that bad. You all made the difference.
I am very grateful to Dr Kwatra and everyone at his office. He did an excellent job with Mohs surgery on my face. He was gentle and kind. Dr Mcleish did my stitches and I am so pleased with his work. I was so nervous for this procedure and everyone at the office was so kind, gentle and compassionate. The lady that did the numbing, I believe her name was Samantha, was so gentle and caring. I am grateful to have been referred to this office for my procedure & so grateful for the work you all did. I was in excellent hands.
Dr. Kwatra is an amazing doctor. He puts you at ease with his manner. He is very skilled and I trust him completely. His staff is very friendly and competent. Dr. McLleish (sp) is a very competent plastic surgeon and is friendly with a great sense of humor.
Entire experience was excellent. Dr. Kwatra and the plastic surgeon are highly skilled and experienced and have a comforting professional demeanor. The nurses and office staff were professional, personable and extremely helpful. I stopped into the office several months after the surgery but hours before my appointment and requested that someone please look at the incision, where it appeared that a stitch was starting to poke out. Immediately a nurse jumped up, examined me and pulled it out
I am forever grateful to Dr. Kwatra (Mohs Surgeon), Dr. McLeish (Plastic Surgeon) and all the staff for the over the top experience I received with my Moh's Surgery. If you want a highly skilled surgeons that are professional, communicative, friendly with compassionate staff, you will get this and much more. Dr. Kwatra is very knowledgeable ,compassionate and always willing to explain the procedures and reasons for doing them and overall just a really nice person
Dr. Kwatra has a very nice bedside manner and makes you feel very comfortable before beginning the procedure. He answers all your questions in ways that you can understand & makes sure you understand everything 100% before proceeding. I wish I had him for my previous Mohs procedures!
