Placentia, CA |
The 2 star is for the front desk, not the doctor. He is a very good doctor, the problem here is in the "over-booking" and extremely long waits. Front desk is not the best ): 1 1/2 to 2 HOURS Even when you call 20 minutes before your appt to see if he's running on time the front desk will tell you "yes" and then suddenly when you get there he's an hour behind, no respect here for peoples time, again the Doctor is very good its just you will wait forever and they need to vastly improve scheduling.
