awesome doctor , cares for his patients. and yes it is his job to as a pulmonary and critical care doctor to advise on benefits of taking covid 19 vaccine, but their are some idiots out there who think he is not doing his job, he is doing his job by making us all aware about benefits for taking the covid 19 vaccine against not taking. so whoever makes bad reviews on his page on that are anti vaccine and idiots in my eyes. good job dr ailani

Dr. Ailani was able to zero in on my cpap needs and fine tune my prescription pressure quickly. His ability to oversee all my pulmonary needs is better than my prior two doctors.

Was the most wasted visit, might as well gone to the plumber. i went to him because i had a biopsy on my lung to see if i had cancer. He did absolutely nothing, didn't even tell me weather or not i had cancer. finally i asked, well do i have cancer ? He said yes, absolutely no compassion. I said how bad, he said well you have an appointment in 3 months, nothing else, guess what ? that's not going t o happen. i am not going in just to give him his $150 or 200 fee. his office is an assembly line, shove one and one out.

Im currently a patient under his care. I'm.having post surgical complications and he refuses to see me. He tries to cram all his patients in on Wednesday. I potentially have life threatening complications but he doesn't care. I'm trying to avoid the ER unless it's an emergency. I don't know if it is. He would. I'm in so much pain and there's blood. He won't see me. I hope he loses his license. If it's an emergency I hope I can press charges for his negligence.

Office waiting room is small & chairs are uncomfortable When my husband developed pneumonia just before a cruise, an appointment was made for that afternoon & outpatient antibiotics were given the same day. He got better & we made our cruise. Dr Ailani takes time to listen & explain. He is aware of costs & frequently can recommend cheaper alternatives. I would recommend him to anyone with lung problems
