Excellent Ophthalmologist. I had a Central Retinal Artery Occlusion that led to the temporary total loss of vision. Working closely with Upstate Medicals Hyperbarics my vision was largely restored using hyperbaric treatments. This is rarely used and often fails due to local availability of equipment, training, and response time. Fortunately, the doctors all worked together. Two other Ophthalmologists had told me that the loss was permanent with no treatment.

I highly recommend Dr. Seth for anyone needing retina care. He is nice and competent. My mother is lucky to have him as her Dr. She sees him in his Vestal, NY office.

I had been a patient of the now retired Dr. Paul Torrisi. I was recently reassigned to Dr. Seth and he was quite communicative and pleasant. I am pleased so far and thankfully do not need any substantial treatment right now, but I consider Dr. Seth trustworthy and qualified.
