Adding my voice to the already resounding chorus of "Why is this person even a doctor?" Went to this place and experienced all the terrible argumentative and rude behavior of this man. Then he prescribed me a medication. I left confused and angry. I decided to transfer to another provider. When I went to pick up my Rx I found that the office had cancelled my Rx out of what I can only assume was spite?

This was an incredible experience. I was very please with everyone and the office staff is amazing!!! I full understood everything before my procedures via video chat and the day of my procedures went so smoothly it was wonderful. It was hello, good night, your sister is her to take you home. I couldn’t have been more pleased. No pain at all, like I just took a nap. A very well oiled machine. I had all the information on my procedures before I left and got my test results on my next visit. I would highly recommend this office.

I was in the hospital for 10 days and was discharged with a drain in my gall bladder. Since Dr. Sood is classified as a specialist I had a consultation with him along with my wife. The first thing he rudely said was "why are u here". I said because you are supposed to be a specialist. He said, I don't do surgery and you 100% need to have the gall bladder removed without examining me or looking at the hospital report. And then walked out of the room. It was determined later by other doctors that I did NOT need surgery and that surgery given my age and atrial tribulation was a major risk. Pretty scary - Our impression is that if he can't do a procedure where he charges a lot of money he has no interest in helping people with gastronomic issues.

This so called medical doctor is nothing less than a dangerous "quack" and should be terminated from the medical profession; Not only does he make dangerous errors in evaluations, he also has horrible bedside manners. I strongly recommend that this Sood should be noted as a very dangerous specialist

Dr. Sood had unfortunately became a Dr that came to see me as a patient when I was in St. Rose hospital sick. He has the most rude, awful bedside manner. He comes off very mean and doesn’t care what you have to say. Upon my first meeting while I was sick in the hospital he walked in my room and said so what’s your problem?! Over talked my mom. He was so bad my mom told him he’s fired and to leave my hospital room and asked for a different GI Dr to see me. I wouldn’t recommend him if I was paid. I would give zero stars.

After waiting 50 min past my appt time As a new patient, I was graced with his attention fir approx 3 min. I tried to ask questions etc. only to be ignored. He claims because he didn’t have the report of a colonoscopy done in July he couldn’t rule out anything. Though I shared that and another 3 yrs prior were clear. I could go on but he isn’t what I qualify as a decent MD. All staff I encountered with exception of Jordan were rude. Tried to speak to my fatigue nope. My blood pressure was 85/51

Wouldn’t listen to me explain or let me ask questions. Codescending, rude, blaming, argumentative. I left with unanswered questions and in tears. Staff is unfriendly. I gave my records to the staff three days before my appointment, not in my file, staff had to look for them. The staff gave me a blood work sheet when checking out and announced the orders on it for everybody in the waiting room to hear (privacy issue!!!). The doctor didn’t even tell me I was having blood drawn.

These reviews only matter if you PAY HEED. Avoid Sood. I saw the poor numerical ratings and mistakenly brushed them off as "only disgruntled people post negative reviews". These reviews of Sood are 100% spot on. Sood is arrogant and condescending. Sood did not read any of the referring liver specialists' notes and I had to show him even though he was clearly copied. The office Staff is incompetent and will seek to place blame on you for their mistakes. The office manager is rude. PAY HEED

Sched.Colonoscopy with Dr. Sood. He was very quick and rushed during the initial consultation.. I am a diabetic and and he completely overlooked and ignored my condition. He errantly schedule me for afternoon procedure and told me I had to fast and gave me no possible way to manage my blood sugar. My blood sugar crashed several times due to fasting without any carbs to manage my blood sugar He was on his phone texting in the procedure room with gloves on as I went under anesthesia. Terrible

Agree with most of the comments on this page. His bedside manner is deplorable. He rushes through explanations, doesn't ask if you haven question and moves on. You might get 30 seconds face to face if you're lucky. Continually trying to bill you. Ordered a blood test prior to my procedure event though I had one two weeks earlier from my primary care physician - which was sitting right in my folder if he bothered to look! Also, staff didn't properly explain the fees in advance of procedure

Communication skills are definitely absent. That includes the ability to listen, hear, and feel compassion.for a patient. As well as explaining procedures (communicating) regarding what to expect and length. Medical skills are questionable. See Healthgrades.com. Gastroenterologists. Mal practice and reviews. This is the worse doctor I have seen in my life and I have been to many. This man is rude, condescending and does not care about his patient. You are like a lab mice to him and all he cares about is charging your insurance by doing unnecessary test and procedures even though they have already been done. His office manager whom I believe is a family member is even worse than him, very rude woman.

PLEASE read. for three months, I saw my own physician, a Urologist and a general surgeon. No one knew what was wrong with me. The pain I was having in my abdomon/testicale areas was unberable. Finally, I collapsed at work and was taken to St. Rose Hosp, where I stayed for four days. They gave me every test you can think off. CT scan, ultra sound, MRI, yet no one could figure out what was wrong. Then Dr. Sood came in, it took him one exam and resolved my problem. I had an infection.
