After having a physical with my usual GP, I fell ill over the weekend. Very bad headache, chills, low-grade fever. I paged the Doctor on call (Dr. Patel) and was told to expect a call in 20 minutes and if the call didn't come, call back and they'd re-page him. After no return call, I called back was again reassured that the call should come shortly. My hope was to speak with the Doctor prior to going to Walgreen's. This time, I waited 40 minutes, no call back. Having now waited over an hour, I called back and asked if there was another Doctor on call. Once again, they repeated the previous mantra, so I left. Of course, while driving Dr. Patel finally called. After I explained what my symptoms were, he suggested I get an evaluation. When I informed him that it was late on a Saturday night and that I simply needed some relief. He could not have been more ambivalent and dismissive, how unfortunate. He was argumentative and gave me the run around. The Pharmacist showed empathy/helpful.

My experience with Dr Patel has been excellent, without exception. He has gone above and beyond to accommodate appointment times, he responds to messages promptly, and every appointment has been a good experience with a thorough examination and no wait time. He genuinely cares about his patients and the office and nursing staff are excellent as well.

Dr. Patel is such a caring man. Spends as much time as you need, answers all your questions and calls immediately with test results. You never feel rushed or that your questions are dumb. He always assures you that he is never too busy to see you. Just can't say enough good things about this man. Feel so blessed to have him for a doctor.

Went to Dr. Patel based on the advice of one of my specialists. Wish I had switched to him sooner. I've never had a doctor contact me with test results as quickly as Dr. Patel. Wait time to see him is minimal. I've only heard positive things about him from other patients and his staff. I recommend him to anyone who is not happy with their current doctor.
