Very rude, inflated billing, unprofessional, unclean exam room/office, reuses paper patients sit on. $463 for office visit, $225 for something else, and other charges insurance didn’t cover. I sent letters about billing, no response. Was there 3 hours. Dr. transcribed to digital recorder, typing with 1 Finger on laptop, kept making mistakes & redoing, input wrong info. Had stacks of files on floor beside her desk. I had to sit on table with wrinkled paper from past patient. Horrible Dr.

Dr Ernstoff is a wonderful doctor and takes the time to listen to you. However her support staff has a lot to be desired. I have left several messages with no call back. I have often gone to her office and have waited up to 3 hours. I am still waiting for someone to call me back regarding my brain MRI. I had to go to a different neurologist. to this day, no one has called me from her office.
