My first visit was with a number of failed operations. After many test and office visits a plan was laid out to correct many of the problems. The number one issue was that of my S/I joint. There was also a back issue at L2 that needed to be addressed. Dr. Ali spent a lot of time going over all the details with my husband. During a almost 10 hour surgery Dr. Ali was able to give me back my life. A life that was on hold for almost 10 years. I would not hesitate to go to Dr. Ali to look at your back issues. He isn't one of the best, he is the best. I spent my life working as a court reporter and was force to retire, for many years I spent in pain and shut in my home. I now travel and just returned from a 2 week trip to Alaska and Canada. Thank you Dr. Ali for giving my hope and my life back.

I received excellent care from Dr. Ali, both before my spinal surgery and post surgery. His conservative approach in performing many tests and therapies prior to deciding on surgery made me feel comfortable in knowing that everything was done before deciding that surgery was the only solution to reducing my pain. It’s been 3 months and I’m still under his care and looking forward to complete recovery after 8 weeks of physical therapy.

Dr. Ali explained in detail the procedure I was to have prior to the operation. However, I was never told I would have to learn how to walk again, this could be because of the amount of additional work he had to do, during the operation. The actual operation took longer than anticipated because of unforeseen complications mentioned above. My recovery was excellent, and everything he told me before the operation has fallen into place with the exception of the walking. However, my ability to walk is improving daily with excellent guidance from both hospital and external physio therapists. His after operation/ rehab discussions which took place 3 weeks, were as he predicted and I have the very strong feeling that my progress to full recovery will take place as he predicted

I was referred to Dr Ali after having an MRI of my lower back. He explained to me in great detail what my situation was and how he proposed to fix it. He was very understanding of my upcoming travel plans and got me in for surgery right away.My surgery went exactly how he said it would and now I'm home recovering before i begin my travel. Dr Alis staff both at the office and at the hospital are awesome!!!

I herniated my L5/S1 working as a EMT in 2016. I tried every alternative treatment for 3 years to avoid having surgery, and when my symptoms got severely worse this past April, I came to see Dr. Ali. Now, not everyone will have the same outcome, and it takes a lot of trust to allow someone to cut you open, but after this whole experience I whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Ali. He will take the time to make sure the treatment plan he creates for you will provide the best possible outcome for your specific needs. As for me, I will be forever grateful to Dr. Ali. 4 weeks post-op and I am pain free for the first time in 3 years. The first day after surgery I walked my dog in the morning and it was the first time I was able to complete the walk with no pain . I cried. Now, I'm up to 3 miles a day and starting PT. Dr. Ali fixed me where others couldn't!! As a fellow health care provider I can honestly say you are in good hands with Dr. Ali and his standard of care is second to none!!

I have had two lower back surgeries (two separate areas) done by Dr Ali. I feel so much better, it is amazing. I have a third problem area in my C6/7 area. I’m seeing Dr. Raed Ali at Align Spine again. I am so pleased with his work and staff, I’m leery about going anywhere else. I travel over 100 miles to see Dr. Ali! I would recommend him to anyone.

I had back surgery last April (4 months ago) and am feeling really great. It's a long hard road, getting back to normal after surgery, but I am almost there, and things are very good. I would highly recommend Dr. Ali to anyone who is having serious back problems and needs relief. I am very glad I got the surgery I needed.

Dr Ali performed very extensive back surgery for adult onset scoliosis and multiple other back problems on me in May. I suffered severe back pain that radiated down my legs for many years. Having seen a previous orthopedic surgeon who told me I was inoperable, I was skeptical when my primary physician referred me to Dr Ali saying he was the best. I went not really expecting a whole lot. But I was pleasantly surprised when I met Dr Ali and his warm, knowledgeable, and personable manner. He reviewed my xrays and discussed the best treatment for me which after having tried more conservative treatments, was surgery. Today I am 3 months post op and the pain I was having prior to surgery is virtually gone. I would most definitely recommend Dr Ali.
