Our visit with Dr. McConnell was great! She took her time to explain the process and answered all of our questions thoroughly; regardless of how basic. The Scarsdale office staff is also friendly and play great music while we waited. I highly recommend!

I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone. She may be capable but spends little time talking to patient. Does not tell patient much. Leaves all details to a nurse to tell patient. Not informative about next step to be taken. Availability is lacking. After failed procedures, not even a phone call to see how patient is or how to proceed. No way to get in touch in an emergency.
