It is apparent that Dr. Hallmark truly cares about her patients. She offers treatment options that most others do not, combining traditional medical therapies with osteopathic manipulations and injections, physical therapy, massage, exercise and yoga. She uses a holistic approach and truly aims to improve the long term comfort and quality of life for her patients. I highly recommend her and travel quite a distance to see her but her caring and unique approach to management of chronic painful conditions is worth the trip!

Dr. Hallmark provides excellent care by listening to the patient, explaining the procedures, and genuinely being invested in the patient's overall well-being. She is personable, professional, and skilled in identifying and treating musculoskeletal irregularities. I recommend Dr. Hallmark as a physician who works to improve the patient's quality of life and, if the disorders are beyond the scope of her practice, helpfully connects the patient to other specialists.

Absolutely love her! Thoughtful caring really listens and she's honest doesn't feed back. She's The best doctor I’ve seen in the last two decades she’s not all about the money she is all about helping her patients live their best life. I am so very thankful for her. My range of motion is leaps and bounds above what it was before seeing her. And trust me when I say I have seen Way too many doctors! I love Dr Hallmark

Dr. Hallmark was finally able to give me some relief for pain from a complicated injury that had not been fully diagnosed. She spent a great deal of time with me at each visit and carefully explained things and answered my questions. I think she is fantastic.

First doctor who really tried to help. I understand she just left the practice. Really disappointed. Upset that no one in the practice bothered to let her patients know

As some of you have written, my husband has been and continues to be in severe pain. After cancelling an appointment with her, due to no pain relief, and her unwillingness to to listen to his complaint even though she treated him 2 years ago for the same symptoms with immediate relief, someone from the office called and offered an appointment with another Dr. within the practice that we declined. I have nothing good to report about his recent encounter.

She been wonderful through my rehab process. She listens to my issues and offers helpful feedback. She listened to my complete history and advises on outside factors such as stress & work environment as contributors to my current issues. Staff is wonderful and cheerful with every visit. Charges for my procedure by the hospital are pricey & I've had to put appointments on pause. The bills for the room charges are twice what the doctor charges are. Very frustrating. The hospital needs to fix.

Very caring, sensitive to patients needs, doesn't make you feel like you are being rushed out of the room. Takes individual time to diagnose and treat without just throwing pain medication to put a bandaid on the issue. Extremely friendly and excellent bedside manner.

I will never go back to this so called physician. She judged me before she even met me. She had a very rude and inconsiderate demeanor. She constantly interrupted me and would not let me finish explaining my condition and pain. She thought I was only there wanting pain meds, when in fact I was referred by my physician that I already get pain meds from. The referral was to further my treatment and find a resolution and fix the problem. She really needs to learn some bedside manners.

My first referral by my PCP was rejected, but Dr H gave me an appt when I was referred by a specialist at Augusta. She had been recommended highly by my PT. At first she typed a lot and indicated that she wasn't sure she could help me. I have been to many doctors and try to be patient with them just like I want them to be patient with me. I am SO glad I did! Once she did an exam she came up with a plan. She is knowledgeable and caring. She works with your pocketbook when possible.

As of February 9th 2016 at 2:15pm, I have decided will never go back to this physician. She judged me on the simple value that I researched in depth my symptoms and had a knowledge base that she discredited with humor. She overtook each sentence without letting me explain my condition and my pain and then she seemed annoyed like it wasn't making any sense. I felt like she was questioning why I even made this appointment when in fact I was referred. I left disturbed by her demeanor.
