Would not recommend Dr.Chase due to her lack of listening and the brief amount of time spent with patients. The practice will not allow patients to switch to a different provider which is frustrating due to rheumatologists requiring a referral from a primary care physician in order to be seen. Both times I was seen by Dr. Chase she provided very little information and seemed to dismiss my symptoms.

called office first thing 8am. was told they would get back to me. when i had not heard anything i called at 1pm, person was rude and said they would let me know at the end of the day. and of course i never heard back. sad that an office can be tat difficult to get a question answered and waste my day, now i have to start all over tomorrow and try and find a doctor. i use to be a patient of dr chase but it seems like i am no longer

Dr. Chase is friendly but focuses strict on blood work instead of listening to the patient. Always seems in a rush and unable to answer questions.

I’m so glad I finally found a doctor who listens and will educate me on my disease and the medication options. Dr Chase is knowledgeable on findings of clinical studies and after sharing that info with me she asked me which medicine I was interested in. She shared options and I made the final decision. Her nurse is also very helpful making sure I have all the information. I had read other reviews and was concerned she would be "rushed"-- not the case at all!
